Zone 2/low 3 Base Builing ride with Chuck B. We went from Morrison, up Rooney, Up Dinosaur Ridge, over to Red Rocks, up Red Rocks, up behind the Ridge, through Golden, to the old Bike Shop, to Garrison, to Morrison Road, back to the car at Morrison and 470.
Notice the up, up, up... for the first part of the ride. Chuck B kept me honest, and kept me going nice and casual. Although I wanted to hammer hard on the bike. For what I did do, the bike road super smooth, and really had zip the few times I did get on it.
Max Speed 35.4 in the tight turns of Red Rocks. The bike cornered very well!
This is the last week with Shelter Insurance. Feels kinda weird.

ohhh owwwwwww. That one was a little pain full. On his new bike he was like a kid in a candy shop. Plus the spurts of turning the cranks in anger proved to be my undoing. Just what I needed in a serious way.
